A partner that speaks your language.

I spent seven years inside high-end residential and commercial design studios — running procurement, managing vendor relationships, and keeping projects on track from first proposal to final installation.

We understand both the creative vision and the meticulous execution required behind every project. That's what Gabriella Maria & Co. is built on: seamless operational support so you can stay focused on design.

    Gabriella Cardona

Principal & Owner, Gabriella Maria & Co.

I'm Gabriella Cardona, an Interior Designer with over seven years of experience in the industry, specializing in high-end residential design. I've taken projects from concept to installation — initial schemes and layouts, developed plans (floor, furniture, reflected ceiling, and electrical), finish selections, project documentation, curated construction sets, client presentations, procurement management, project management oversight, and leading installations. I've done it all.

I bring a unique blend of design knowledge and operational expertise, developed through my experience in boutique residential firms. My approach is rooted in strategy, organization, and efficiency.

My passion for this work comes from a deep love of both design and structure. I believe that when systems are thoughtfully built, creativity can truly thrive. I aim to help studios run seamlessly behind the scenes so what happens in front of the client is never compromised. My team is equally passionate and knowledgeable about both design and organization — bringing you the best of the best.

Outside of work, you'll likely find me obsessing over Formula 1 with my husband, or planning my next adventure — the travel bug strikes about every five to six weeks.

    The Process

    Let's Break It Down

    1

    Discovery Call

I know you're busy! We'll take about 15 minutes getting to know each other, your top 3 pain points, how we can help your firm, and whether we're ready to take this to the next step.

    2

    Letter of Agreement

Ready to make it official? Once we've confirmed how our team can help, we'll finalize a start date and put together a Letter of Agreement for e-signature outlining the services within our scope.

    3

    Workflow Session

It's time to step into your world. After the Letter of Agreement is signed, we'll schedule a 45–60 minute session where you walk us through your current workflow, step by step.

    4

    Strategy Session

    Optional

Your processes may need some tweaking. If we see room for improvement during the workflow session, we may suggest an optional 60–90 minute deep-dive into your procurement operations.

    5

    Checklist

We'll give you a bit of homework. We'll need the following set up prior to your intro call: dedicated email, Houzz Pro, calendar management, task management, team correspondence, Excel, and storage drive access.

    6

    Intro Call

Let's start purchasing! We'll schedule an intro call with your dedicated procurement manager and Gabriella — a chance for you to walk us through your current clients/pipeline and expectations for the first week.

    Kind Words

    What Our Clients Say

Gabriella is truly invaluable to our business! She is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and a total self-starter. She takes initiative, anticipates needs before they even arise, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What amazes me most is that she somehow makes us feel like we're her only client. She's THAT on top of everything! I never have to worry about whether something is being handled because I know she's already on it, often before I've even thought to ask.

As a small business owner, having someone I can trust so completely is priceless. Gabriella has become such an integral part of our team, and I genuinely don't know what we'd do without her. She's not only exceptional at what she does, but also an absolute joy to work with. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Working with Gabriella and her team has been a game-changer for Kline Interiors. The level of organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication they bring to procurement has taken so much off our plate and allowed us to focus on what we do best. I would (and do) highly recommend their services to any design studio looking to streamline their back-end operations! You'll be so glad you did.
